If you’re looking to refund or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Online 
In order to give you peace of mind when shopping we offer a 14-day full refund from the date of purchase or a full credit on returns within 14 days of purchase. 

Shipping
If you spend over $150 you qualify for Free Shipping
If you are returning something because you have a change of mind, then you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
If your original order qualified for free shipping and you make a return this cost will not be reimbursed.
In the event your product is deemed Faulty, and you want a refund/exchange we will thereby credit you the shipping rate.

In-Store

When buying instore we DO NOT REFUND! for incorrect choice regarding your purchase. You are entitled to an exchange or a store-credit only. 

 

RETURNS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THEY MEET BELOW CRITERIA.

1. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
2. Please provide a note in your return stating "your name" and your "Order Number" which was provided to you through an email receipt when your order was complete.
